Concert at Red Rocks

Once awarded “The Best Outdoor Concert Venue” in the United States, by Pollstar, Red Rocks is a picturesque event space that will always keep you coming back. Grab one of our Max Effect gummies and catch one of the many concerts over at Red Rocks this summer.

Red Rocks hosts concerts almost every night this summer and some popular artists playing the stage this summer include, Halsey, Erykah Badu, Glass Animals, Zeds Dead, The Black Keys and so many more! The RiNo Art District

The RiNo Art District is a vibrant community in located north Denver. RiNO has seen massive gentrification over the years and with this comes art. Local artists banded together years ago and wanted to connect all of the arts organizations in the area, which in turn created RiNo Art District. To this day, these community collectives help bring money to the community to support projects like infrastructure, helping businesses, planning events, and of course, supporting the arts community.

One of our favorite murals, and perhaps one of Denver’s most popular one, is the, “Love This City” mural located at 38th and Blake. We suggest driving on down to RiNo, taking a gummy when you get to the neighborhood, and then just try meandering through the streets. There’s so much art in the neighborhood, you really can’t go wrong with which street you choose to walk down.

Denver Art Museum

Denver Art Museum (DAM) is located in the heart of Denver, Colorado, right near the state’s neoclassical dome topped Capitol building. The museum hosts collections of more than 70,000 works from all over the world and spanning hundreds of thousands of years. Highlights include the museum’s American Indian art collection, an expansive Western art section, and so much more.

The museum is one of the largest between Chicago and the West Coast. It consists of multiple buildings and was renovated throughout the years to bring about the beautiful campus it sits on today. We recommend taking one of our Max Effect gummies at the beginning of your journey with, Monet, Picasso, O’Keeffe and so many more. You may possibly want to bring a second gummy as exploring the whole museum can take hours.

Take a Hike in Golden

Golden is one of the many charming cities located along the foothills of the Rocky Mountains that is super close to Denver and can provide you with all the hikes and nature you may desire! We recommend checking out AllTrails, or asking a local to see which hike works best for you. If you’re new to hiking you’ll definitely want to seek out an easy trail, especially if you are on a Max Effect gummy! We definitely do not recommend going on a hard difficulty hike while on Max Effect gummies as you may need the wherewithal to deal with your surroundings.

A few of our favorite easy difficulty trails include, Clear Creek Trail – a gorgeous walk along Golden’s main waterway that leads to great views of Coors Headquarters, Green Mountain and Hayden Loop Trail – a beautiful (not so shady) hike that includes breathtaking views of Denver on a clear day, or try Fossil Trail, which is located on South Table Mountain and offers a great panorama of the city of Golden.

Relax at Confluence Park

Located at the confluence of the South Platte River and Cherry Creek this riverside urban park can be a fun place to relax and take in the sounds of the city and the flowing rivers. Take a gummy and hangout on the lawn while taking in views of downtown. You can then walk along the river way and grab views of Elitch Gardens and Bronco’s Stadium.

Bring a blanket, a book, some headphones, sunscreen and you are good to go. Feel free to pack and lunch and take in all the beauty that is downtown Denver. There’s also a skatepark located nearby, and a kayak run located on the eastern edge of the South Platte so you can maximize your summer!
