30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If the customer is not 100% satisfied with their purchase, Infinite CBD® will provide a refund or exchange within the first 30 days of purchase. We stand behind our products and their abilities to help improve people’s lives which is why we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
Returns
Used Items
Returns on used items are available for each customer, one-time. If you are not completely satisfied with your CBD purchase, let us know and we will help find a product best for your lifestyle or issue a full refund.
Unused Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Infinite’s error.
• Any item that is more than 30 days after purchase
Refund Timeframe
Once a refund has been issued, please allow 48 to 72 hours for the refund to be processed. Credit times will vary depending on card companies and banks.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Exchanges
We will replace any items if they are defective or damaged. In compliance with our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, you may exchange any products you are dissatisfied with, one-time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
