St. Patrick’s Day Green Velvet CBD Cupcake Recipe

- 2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup of buttermilk
- 2 sticks of melted unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of green food coloring
- 2 large eggs
- 2 full droppers of CBD Isolate Droppers (no terpenes)
This recipe will make 24 CBD cupcakes
1.) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line two 12-cup muffin tins with liners and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
2.) In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all of the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder).
3.) In another large mixing bowl, use a mixer to combine your wet ingredients (buttermilk, melted butter, vanilla extract, green food coloring, eggs, and CBD Isolate Droppers.
4.) With the mixer running, slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Beat until well-mixed.
5.) Fill the prepared liners about 3/4 full with batter. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven. Before removing baked cupcakes from the pan, allow them to cool for roughly 5 minutes.
6.) Frost your cupcakes with this delicious CBD frosting.
